Contact form

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, company (if provided), and message you enter. This information is delivered to us as an email through Resend, our email provider, so that we can reply to you. We do not store form submissions in a database, and we do not use them for marketing.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy. We also apply a short-lived, per-address rate limit that is held in memory and never written to disk.

Analytics and server logs

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser type, and time) for security and troubleshooting, and keeps them only as long as needed for those purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly for the purpose of completing the challenge.

Third parties

Data leaves this site only for the providers named above: our hosting provider, Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (bot protection). We do not sell or share personal information with anyone else.

Your rights

If you would like a copy of any email you sent us, or want it deleted, write to houston@norivantholdings.com and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
